Eltham College – Amenities Refurbishment

This project involved the complete refurbishment of staff, student and amenities across a number of buildings at Eltham College. The works included the removal and replacement of existing plumbing fixtures, wall and floor tiles, shower waterproofing, installation of durable vinyl flake flooring, new wall tiling, painting of walls, doors and ceilings, installation of modern toilet partitions, and new mirrors above vanity units. The refurbishment was delivered to enhance the functionality, durability, and appearance of these high-use spaces while meeting the project's design and specification requirements.
